A GivingTuesday Campaign Promoting art education to students of all ages through “Chalk Art”.

Chalk Art Nation association dba Florida Chalk Artists Association, provides information about chalk art history along with contemporary applications and innovations artists are currently using. The association was first established in 2002 in conjunction with Disney’s Festival of the Masters. Local art teachers would prepare their students for a 3 day long competition with the focus on the rendering of a historical masterpiece. The last Festival of the Masters was in 2013. CAN assn. Is proud to announce our new student/adult competition coming in November 2022.
We are proud to showcase Michelle Hawkins Myers, one of our Growing with Art students. Michelle was an early chalk artist at The Festival of the Masters.She went on to study art education in college. Michelle was first working in her art education career in Orange County, FL and is currently an art instructor in Pinellas County, FL. DonatingOur goal is to raise $5,000.00 along with the recruitment of people wishing to donate their time to the organization.
